Hryvnia strengthens to UAH 27.53 to U.S. dollar on Aug 13

The official forex rate against the euro for Thursday is fixed at UAH 32.40 per euro.

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for August 13 at UAH 27.53 to the U.S. dollar, strengthening the national currency by seven kopiykas.

The official forex rate against the euro for Thursday is fixed at UAH 32.40 per euro – the hryvnia gained 16 kopiykas in value since Wednesday, according to the NBU website.

The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for August 13:

US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,752.66 (UAH 2,759.82 as of August 12);

EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,239.61 (UAH 3,255.62 as of August 12).

Forex rate for August 12

The NBU set the official forex rate for August 10 at UAH 27.60 to the U.S. dollar.
