Hryvnia keeps sliding: Fresh rates for March 2

The rate against the euro is fixed at UAH 33.72.

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official forex rate for March 2 at UAH 28.00 to the U.S. dollar, which made the country's national currency weaken by five kopiykas.

The central bank has fixed the following official forex rates of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies for March 2:

US$100 will be quoted at UAH 2,800.07 (UAH 2,794.56 as of March 1);

EUR 100 will be quoted at UAH 3,371.70 (UAH 3,384.49 as of March 1).

The National Bank set the official forex rate for March 1 at UAH 27.95 to the U.S. dollar, thus weakening the country's national currency by two kopiykas.
