Kuleba has appealed to Ukrainians to observe safety measures when traveling.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba says the government has no plans to impose travel restrictions, including those on flights, on the New Year holidays.
He made the comment during an online briefing on December 24, as reported by an UNIAN correspondent.

"The government understands that people have settled down for the holidays. So, it doesn't plan to impose any restrictions on air travel," the minister assured.
At the same time, Kuleba asked Ukrainians to observe maximum safety measures when traveling and remember that the pandemic is raging.
"Let's hope that nothing force majeure will happen in the coming weeks worldwide. I mean, force majeure related to the pandemic, and we won't have to reconsider our decision. But now the government's position is as I said," he added.
Lockdown in Ukraine: Latest
On December 9, the Ukrainian government adopted a decision to put Ukraine on a tougher lockdown from January 8 to January 24, 2021.
The Cabinet also extended the quarantine-related curbs in the so-called orange quarantine zone until February 28, 2021.
In addition, the government allowed catering establishments to operate until 01:00 on New Year's Eve instead of 23:00 set earlier.
