Heads of nine Ukrainian customs offices, including the acting head of Zakarpattia's customs, have been dismissed.
"It has just been decided at a top-level meeting in Kyiv to fire acting chief Viktor Ivanus," local journalist Vitaly Glagola said on Telegram on May 15.

According to him, Oleksandr Bohash, who had previously worked at the Odesa customs and was working in Zakarpattia for the past two months, is expected to take over the post.
"But no order on the appointment has been issued yet," he said.
In addition, the journalist said, the heads of several other customs offices – the Odesa customs, the Pivnichna (Northern) customs, the Polissia customs, the Slobozhanska customs, the Enerhetychna (Energy) customs, the Podillia customs, the Bukovyna customs, and the Azov customs – were also dismissed.
