Central bank's net int'l reserves grow to over US$17.5 bln in July

This marks a 11% increase since year-start.

Net international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in July 2020 grew by 0.1%, to US$17.520 billion.

That's according to a report released on the NBU website.

Ukraine's international reserves as of August 1, 2020, amounted to US$28.802 billion, which was 1% up from the figure reported as of July 1.

Net international reserves represent a difference between gross reserves and the outstanding balance of the NBU and the Finance Ministry on loans issued by the International Monetary Fund.
