Ihor Fomenko has been appointed defense giant's acting chief.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed Aivaras Abromaviсius from the post of CEO of Ukraine's state-run Ukroboronprom Concern.
At the same time, Ihor Fomenko has been appointed defense giant's acting chief, according to the relevant decrees of October 6 posted on the presidential website.

Abromaviсius was appointed Ukroboronprom CEO on June 12, 2019.
Fomenko has served as Deputy General Director for Armored, Radar and Special Equipment at Ukroboronprom since November 22, 2019.
Before that, he held senior positions at the Luhansk Ammunition Plant, in the AutoKrAZ holding company, Corum Group, and ICDI Group. He received the MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree at the Institute of International Business Relations (Germany).
