The event supervised by Deputy Defense Minister Oleksandr Myroniuk took place near the village of Honcharivske in Chernihiv region.

"Specially trained combat crews from the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, air assault troops, the Special Operations Forces and the Navy Marine Corps were involved in the testing held in cooperation with Kyiv's Luch State Design Bureau. Operators of the crews used their theoretical knowledge and worked out missile launches in practice. To determine effective target recognition and accuracy of its destruction, the missile launches were carried out both in the daylight and after dark," it said.

The results of the testing are being processed.

The Korsar portable anti-tank missile system is designed to hit stationary and moving armored targets with any types of armor: tanks, armored personnel carriers, high-speed landing boats, as well as small targets, such as bunkers, helicopters, and drones.
