The safety of passengers and crew is the main priority of Wizz Air, so the company has introduced new rules to ensure physical distance during boarding and to comply with enhanced sanitary measures in aircraft cabins.

In addition, passengers are advised to register for boarding and buy services online (for example, to pay extra baggage via the Internet) to reduce physical interaction at the airport when possible.

"During the flight, passengers must be wearing face masks, and the crew must have gloves on. In addition, passengers are given disinfecting wipes," it said.

"Disinfection is regularly carried out in the cabins, and in accordance with the WIZZ cleaning schedule, all airline planes are additionally disinfected with antiviral solution at night. The airline has prepared a video containing key information about new security measures," it said.
