As of today, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the city is 20,335.
Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko has said the number of confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the city rose by 307 in the past day.
"In the past day, another 307 residents of Kyiv tested positive for coronavirus, including nine healthcare workers. There were five fatalities," Klitschko reported via Telegram on September 23.
"As of today, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the city is 20,335."
According to the city mayor, 161 women aged 21 to 90 and 109 men aged 18 to 93 are among those infected.

Klitschko said 37 new patients had been hospitalized, while the rest are self-isolating, undergoing treatment at home under medical supervision.
He added that 114 people had recovered in the past day.
In total, 6,043 Kyiv residents have already beaten the disease.
The highest number of the new cases in Kyiv was registered in Desniansky district (58), Darnytsky district (50), and Dniprovsky district (36).
The total death toll in the city is 330 cases.
