The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the city is 25,474.
Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko has said the number of confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the city rose by 383 in the past day.
"In the past day, another 383 residents of Kyiv tested positive for the coronavirus, including 15 healthcare workers. There were six fatalities," Klitschko said on Telegram on October 7.
"As of today, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the city is 25,474."
According to the city mayor, 212 women aged 18 to 94 and 144 men aged 19 to 87 are among those infected.

Klitschko said 72 new patients had been hospitalized, while the rest were self-isolating, undergoing treatment at home under medical supervision.
He added that 349 people had recovered in the past day.
In total, 8,894 Kyiv residents have already beaten the disease.
The highest number of the new cases in Kyiv was registered in Desniansky district (71), Obolonsly district (50), and Shevchenkivsky district (49).
The total death toll in the city is 442 cases.
