Montenegro's Budva sees half of its beaches empty

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, tourist flows into Montenegro haev decreased by 92%. Hotel and lodge owners say they have nearly halved prices in order to get at least to get by.

They also say they harbor no hopes for a significant rise in the number of tourists for the remainder of the season.
