Zakharchenko appoint date of elections in DND

the leader of the separatist Alexander Zakharchenko, said today that local pseudo elections in the Republic DNR will be on 18th October 2015. However, because of lack of money will only choose leaders of cities and regions. And when funds become available Zakharchenko offers to vote for leaders of villages and settlements within its territories.
