The international criminal court in the Hague opened an investigation into war crimes in South Ossetia

At the International criminal court studied the case materials and came to the conclusion - the crimes committed in Georgia under their jurisdiction. It is, in particular, of crimes against humanity, murder, forcible transfer of population and persecution, and attacks against civilians, wilful killing, intentional attacks against peacekeepers, destruction of property and looting. We are talking about crimes committed during the military conflict between Russia and Georgia in 2008.
