The deputies changed the law on the rules of procedure for the issue of the status of Donbass

Outsmarted the Constitution for political expediency. The deputies changed the law about the regulations, allowing to edit the Constitution out of date, which sets this basic law. All this in order not to lose the opportunity to move to second reading draft amendments to the Constitution, which refers to the special government of the occupied Donbass. Conclusions of the constitutional Court, which should open the way to that, not yet.
