Arsenal - Veres - 0:0. Behind the scenes of "suspicious" match of the First League

Last week was the match of the First League, in which the Kiev Arsenal took Veres from Rivne. The game ended with the score 0:0 and it could go down in history. However, at the end of the match there was an episode in which there were obvious game by a hand of the captain of Arsenal. The referee awarded a penalty, which, however, is not implemented. That's only the next day Kiev Arsenal broke the contract with the player that made a mistake and brought a penalty.
