We will focus on the infamous trend of the Prosecutor which can be seen throughout Ukraine . Victims of prosecutorial arbitrariness become small businesses. Scheme which employs criminals in uniform: the holding of unfounded searched - confiscation of all material assets, including the money - refusing to return the seized property after the clarification of circumstances . Moreover, even a positive court decision in favor of the victims the prosecutors throughout Ukraine ignored, massively breaking the law and not fulfilling the decisions of the courts.
