Thus, the judges did not satisfy the prosecutor's appeal to change the preventive measure in the form of detention with the possibility of a bail of UAH 17 million (US$697,578).
As UNIAN reported earlier, Dnipro's Zhovtnevy district court on September 17 ruled to release former MPs Oleksandr Vilkul and Dmytro Koliesnikov on bail.
