Ukraine's Prosecutor General Ruslan Riaboshapka has said former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will be served with charge papers as soon as the investigator decides that there is enough evidence for this.

"When the investigator decides that there is enough evidence, and the prosecutor agrees with him and says the suspicion is justified, then we will see materials that will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada to lift immunity," the prosecutor general told journalists on Friday, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
