The European Union formally approved the decision to extend sanctions against Russia for another six months, according to an UNIAN correspondent in Brussels citing her source in the European Council.
"The decision has just been made," said the source.
The decision was confirmed in writing. Tuesday, December 22, it will be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
