The Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republic terrorist organizations are planning to "reintegrate" into Ukraine, despite the accusations of the Ukrainian side in non-implementation of a number of the provisions of the Minsk agreements, Russian news agency TASS wrote.
According to the report of the Russian Center for Current Politics, which was presented at the round table "Minsk agreements. Results-2015," in spite of the intention to "reintegrate" into Ukraine, the militants can hold elections in the region under their "laws" if Ukraine "gives a reason."
