European Commissioner for migration, home affairs and citizenship Dimitris Avramopoulos does not rule out that European Commission may adopt a legislative initiative to grant Ukraine visa-free regime as early as next month, an UNIAN correspondent in Brussels reports.
“Ukraine is working very hard on all these issues in order to meet all benchmarks,” the official said at a press point on visa liberalization dialogue with Georgia.
“We’re still working in a positive way in order to put Ukraine also in the list within the next month,” Avramopoulos said.

“It’s a question of some time to meet all these benchmarks,” the European Commissioner added.
