Kyiv Pechersk District Court has rejected the prosecutors' motion to arrest former Deputy Prosecutor General Vitaliy Kasko and imposed a pre-trial restraint in the form of a personal recognizance.
The relevant decision was announced by the investigating judge Oleh Bilotserkivets, according to an UNIAN correspondent,
"The court ruled to impose a pre-trial restraint against the suspect Vitaliy Kasko in the form of a personal recognizance," the judge said.
