Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko does not rule out the possibility of holding local elections in the occupied part of Donbas until the end of the year, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
"I do not rule out this," he told journalists after the ceremony of taking the oath by employees of the patrol police department of the town of Kramatorsk.
