The Kyiv Pechersk District Court has summoned former Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk to a meeting on October 13 as a defendant in a suit filed by Ukrainian-born Russian billionaire Konstantin Grigorishin.
The relevant summons was published today in the Ukrainian government's Uriadovy Kurier newspaper.

According to the document, Grigorishin filed a lawsuit for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation and to refute the false allegations.
