"We are trying to negotiate about the need of introduction of the C4ISR command-and-control system in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. That would be a real revolution for our army," Iryna Friz, the head of the Ukrainian parliamentary delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, told reporters, Xinhua reports.

The C4ISR -- command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance system, can ensure the development of Ukraine's security and defense sectors according to the standards of the 21st century, Friz said.
