UN Court to consider Ukraine's claim against Russia in March – Klimkin

The International Court of Justice in The Hague will start hearings of Ukraine’s suit aimed to hold Russia accountable for the acts of terrorism and discrimination during its illegal aggression against Ukraine will begin in March 2017, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said on Ukrainian Inter TV channel.

"In March, the hearings in March in the International Court of Justice will start of our lawsuit that we have filed against Russia, as it has consistently been violating the UN Convention on Combating the Financing of Terrorism and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination," he said.
