Russia believes that by supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the United States "becomes a party to the Ukrainian conflict," head of the International Committee of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Konstantin Kosachev said, according to RIA Novosti.
"By supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine "to build the capacity of its forces", de facto, the U.S. will become a party to the 'Ukraine's internal' conflict," Kosachev said.
