Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov believes that Russia's war against Ukraine is an important step in its preparation for the "big war," an UNIAN correspondent reported from an operational meeting with commanders of Ukrainian armed forces, combat units and formations February 22.
"Russia deliberately throws in huge sums of money on the deployment of its forces, their training and re-armament, at the same time ignoring the problems of economic development and urgent social issues," Turchynov said.
