British Ambassador to Ukraine Judith Gough says Kyiv is "on the up, not the slide" thanks to reforms and determination.
"Hard to agree Kyiv ranking. Yes, there are issues, but reforms & determination mean I see a city on the up, not the slide," she wrote on Twitter on August 16.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Kyiv, Ukraine's capital, has ranked 131st out of 140 cities in the Global Liveability Report 2017, conducted by the analytics of The Economist.
