Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada bill No. 7203 on amendments to Article 80 of the Constitution of Ukraine (on the immunity of people's deputies of Ukraine), according to an UNIAN correspondent.
The draft law is registered in the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday, October 17. The draft law will be considered primarily by the committee on legal policy and justice.
The bill provides to exclude from Article 80 of the current Constitution the provision guaranteeing immunity to Ukrainian MPs.

The draft law provides that it will enter into force on January 1, 2020.
