Poroshenko signs law allowing Russian artists to tour Ukraine only after SBU vetting

The law passed by Parliament on October 5, 2017, enhances the legal mechanism for the protection of Ukraine's national security and is a continuation of legislative steps to protect the national information and cultural space, in particular by introducing mechanisms to counteract anti-Ukrainian influences through touring.
