Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko took part in the solemn ceremony of taking oath by the judges of the new Supreme Court and congratulated the newly appointed judges, according to the president's press service.
"A huge request from all of us – return faith in justice to people. Help them find the truth. And please always remember the price paid by Ukraine for an independent and fair court, for your ability to work there," Poroshenko addressed the judges, the press service reported.

"Remember that the key value is a person. Remember that during the war, society and the state must be guided by the power of law, not by the power of force," Poroshenko said.
