Turkey ranks second, while the Russian Federation tops the ranking.
Ukraine has entered the top three countries in terms of the number of complaints lodged against it with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
Some 61,250 pending applications were registered at the ECHR as of October 31, as reported on the court's official website.
At the same time, of them, 10,100 complaints (16.5%) were filed against Ukraine, which ranks third among all countries.

The Russian Federation tops the ranking with 14,050 complaints (22.9%) filed against it.
Ukraine is ahead of Romania (8,000 complaints), Italy (3,400), and Azerbaijan (1,950).
