Semen Gluzman, head of the Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine, director of the Ukrainian-American Bureau for the Protection of Human Rights, told the Strana news outlet that former Acting Minister of Health in Ukraine Ulana Suprun had allegedly left the country for the United States.
"According to my information, Suprun has departed for the United States. It is not clear – it is for a while or for good. But if one looks at her 'preparatory work,' we can assume the second option," Gluzman said.
Later, the outlet's sources in the State Border Guard Service said Suprun had not departed from Ukraine as of January 4.
