Spokesman for the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) Oleksiy Arestovych has said a prisoner swap between Ukraine and Russia may take place by the end of the year.
"We offer to conduct the prisoner swap by December 24, before Christmas, as a gesture of fulfilling our agreements," he told Ukrainian Nash (Our) TV channel, according to the Novoe Vremya news outlet.
