Exit poll in Lviv mayoral elections: Sadoviy: 61.4%, Koshulinskiy: 38.6%

In the second round of mayoral elections in Lviv Andriy Sadoviy (Samopomich Party) was supported by 61.4% of local voters, while his rival, Ruslan Koshulinskiy, ex-deputy speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Svoboda Party), gained 38.6% of votes, according to the independent exit poll by the Kyiv International Sociology Institute, conducted at the request of 1+1 TV channel.

The "secret ballot" method was applied in the exit poll. The statistical sampling error does not exceed 3.5%.

However, the second round of elections saw extremely low turnout of voters across Ukraine.

Chairman of the Central Election Commission Mykhailo Okhendovsky said that there is ultra-low voter turnout in the regions in the second round of local elections. According to him, it is likely that the turnout was nearly 30%.
