Saboteurs for terrorist attacks on power plants and infrastructure facilities in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions are trained in Crimea, Donbas and the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, Deputy Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Mykola Ishchenko said at a government meeting on Monday, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
"The SBU has been taking all measures in order to prevent destabilization of the situation in Kherson region due to the events that are now being discussed," he said.
