Self-styled leaders of the Russian puppet "Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics (LPR/DPR)" in the occupied areas of eastern Ukraine are plotting on Kremlin’s instructions a new propaganda project "Brotherly Helping Hand", according to a Ukrainian MP, coordinator of Information Resistance analytical group Dmytro Tymchuk.
"In the framework of the so-called 'humanitarian program for the reunification of Donbas people,' the leaders of the 'LPR/DPR' have been tasked by Russia's presidential administration with launching a new project conventionally named 'Brotherly Helping Hand'," Tymchuk wrote on Facebook.
According to the Ukrainian MP, the project will focus on promoting and "hyping" the topic related to people who moved from the Ukrainian government-controlled territory to permanently reside in "LPR/DPR".
