An employee of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine has been sentenced to six years in prison for cooperation with the "Donetsk People's Republic" ("DPR") terrorist organization.
Kyiv Pechersk District Court found the man guilty under Part 1 Article 258-3 (creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization), Part 1 Article 328 (disclosure of state secrets) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as reported by the public relations and media department of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.
