The food situation in the countries where the conflicts are ongoing is rapidly deteriorating.
While imports of Ukrainian fresh fruit and berries to the European market continue to rise, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on December is conducting a training seminar in Kyiv aimed at helping farmers prepare for even greater volumes of fruit and berry exports.
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in partnership with Ukraine's Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry has launched a Norway-funded project whose main goal is to create a national food safety system for fishery products in Ukraine, according to FAO's press service.
