The OSCE reports Russia continues transporting Ukrainian coal from occupied Donbas / Photo from UNIAN
The OSCE Observer Mission (OM) at the Russian Checkpoints of Gukovo and Donetsk reports that dumper trucks continue transporting coal from Donbas to Russia.
"During the reporting week, the OM continued to observe a high number of trucks, crossing the border in both directions, including intense cargo truck traffic at both BCPs [Border Crossing Points] and dumper trucks transporting coal from the Luhansk region to the Russian Federation through the Gukovo BCP," the OSCE said on August 12 in its weekly update based on information as of August 11, 2015.
OSCE observers have repeatedly reported about transportation of Ukrainian coal to Russia. Such reports are confirmed by Ukrainian border guards.
