Over the past day, one Ukrainian soldier was killed and another one wounded in the area of the Anti-Terrorist Operation, according to the ATO spokesman.
"Yesterday, for half an hour, starting at 15:15 Kyiv time, the enemy was shooting at the positions of Ukrainian military, not far from the Donetsk airport. Small arms and automatic grenade launchers were fired. As a result of this incident, a Ukrainian soldier was killed and another one injured," Andriy Lysenko, the representative of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine on ATO issues, said at a Saturday briefing.
