Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) is blocking the Ukrainian Internet traffic in the separatist strongholds of Donetsk and Luhansk, Ukrainian Information Policy Minister Yuriy Stets said at a government meeting on Wednesday.
Answering the question of Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk whether the FSB was blocking the Ukrainian traffic, Stets said: "Unfortunately, yes."
