Mobilization will be announced immediately if there is serious deterioration in the situation in Donbas, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksandr Turchynov stated at a briefing in Kyiv on Friday.
"The number of mobilized soldiers was reduced by more than 2.5 times during the first six months. In the second half of this year, all mobilized military personnel have to return home," he said.
