Defense minister Poltorak says Ukraine doesn't buy Russian ammunition

Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak has announced that Ukraine does not buy Russian ammunition, and the Ukrainian government plans to build munitions factories as an alternative, according to espreso.tv.

"We're planning to buy ammunition from our partners while these factories are being built," he said, espreso.tv reported.

The factories will produce the ammunition Ukraine is facing a shortage of.

As was earlier reported, state-run Ukroboronprom Concern denied media reports that it uses Russian-produced armor to manufacture Dozor-B armored vehicles.
