OSCE: Banned weapons used in Donbas more often

Last week, the observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine recorded an increase in the number of cases of using banned weapons in Donbas, while the number of ceasefire violations decreased by 20%.

"Last week OSCE SMM recorded 20% decrease in no. of ceasefire violations in e[astern] Ukraine compared to week before," the OSCE SMM to Ukraine wrote on Twitter citing Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE SMM to Ukraine Alexander Hug.
