Social media users report that 200 armed militants have stormed the building of the so-called "Prosecutor General's Office" ("PGO") in the center of the Russian-occupied city of Luhansk, according to the Drugoi Lugansk local news portal.
"An attack on the building of the 'Prosecutor General's Office of the Luhansk People's Republic' began at 11:50 Moscow time. According to a source, about 200 armed people entered the building. Currently, 'head of the department in the military sphere' Serhey Rakhno and 'Acting Prosecutor General' Vitaliy Podobry have been detained and escorted out of the building," the portal said.
