The so-called "Donetsk People's Republic" ("DPR") claims that 957 foreigners from more than 30 countries have already received "passports" of "DPR" citizens, according to Information Resistance, a Ukrainian non-governmental project on information security.
"The 'DPR' is spreading the information that 957 foreigners from more than 30 countries have received 'passports' of 'DPR' citizens. Among them are [apparently] nationals of the United States, Russia, Germany, Italy, Serbia, Finland," head of Information Resistance Group, military analyst and Member of Parliament Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on Facebook on Monday, January 15.
