The return of the village did not violate the Minsk peace agreements.
Ukrainian civil volunteer and activist Yuriy Mysyagin has said the Ukrainian army has liberated the village of Katerynivka in Luhansk region.

According to the volunteer, the villagers returned to Ukraine again.
"There are no violations. According to the Minsk agreements, this is all ours," Mysyagin said.
As reported earlier, on January 31, Ukraine's Defense Ministry announced the liberation of the village of Novo-Oleksandrivka in Luhansk region.
