Russian-led forces in eastern Ukraine continue to use weapons banned by the Minsk agreements.
Russia's hybrid military forces attacked Ukrainian army positions in Donbas 14 times in the past 24 hours, with four Ukrainian soldiers reported as wounded in action (WIA).

In the Donetsk sector, the outskirts of the town of Avdiyivka became the epicenter of escalation, where the Ukrainian defenders came under fire from 82mm mortars, grenade launchers and machine guns. "In the same area, the occupiers repeatedly fired 120mm and 82mm mortars and infantry weapons at the defenders of Butivka coal mine. In addition, heavy mortars were used by the enemy near the village of Vodiane, which is in the Mariupol sector, and near the village of Novotroyitske. Simultaneously, the invaders engaged grenade launchers of various types and small arms. Moreover, they opened fire from infantry fighting vehicles' cannons and a whole arsenal of small arms near the town of Krasnohorivka," the report says.
